Lane Bryant A-Line / circle skirt, size 20, navy/white quilted floral material

Lane Bryant a-line / circle skirt, embroidered/quilted like fabric, white with blue flowers. Gathered elastic at back of waistband. This skirt has POCKETS!! Stunning! Size:20. Measurements: waist at rest: 48cm (approx. 18.75 inches). Waist when elastic is Stretched: 52cm: (approximately 20.5 inches). Waist to hem: 64 cm (approx 25.125”). Brand new, never worn! Was bought with the intention of wearing to a wedding, but it did not fit me.
