This dress was bought exclusively online only! it was worn once. It is velvet and it is cut at a biased, so it falls beautifully. It has a slit on the left leg to low thigh area. It’s gathered at the bust. It is so glamorous. The bottom in the back has a slight train. It is lower in the back. The arm length is 11 inches. The gown is 51 inches long and the waist is 20 inches across. Perfect condition! It is slightly mermaid at bottom.
