The blouse is a poly chiffon fabric and done in a sort of polka dot print, but with the dots being slightly different shapes and sizes. The blouse has a rounded collar that dips into a V-neck and 3/4 length sleeves that are slightly on the wider side. The fabric is crinkled for a pretty accent.
