This is a light weight, long sleeve blouse from Lane Bryant. It looks like there is a hidden button placard down the front and a layered cami but it is all one piece. The sleeves are full with an elastic finish at the wrist. The elastic is roomy and allows you to push up the sleeves for a puffier appearance if desired. It falls to about hip length and looks great with black pants for the office or jeans to go out.
