In preowned, but good worn condition. The color is a bit hard to show it’s variance. The pockets are fake (just stitching). The crotch has some wear to it from being worn. Material is 52% cotton, 24% polyester, 22% lyocell, and 2% elastic. The waist is a nice thick elastic band. These are definitely very comfy! I also have another pair for sale in the same size (: inseam if I did it correctly looks like it is a little over 28 inches
