Lanidor (Portugal) embroidered poncho/tunic

Lanidor (I bought it in Portugal) blue cotton chambray top. It looks like a poncho but the sides are closed up to the armholes. Fringe at button is blue and on sides it’s white. Geometric embroidery on front around the split neck that is laced with a blue cord. Embroidery down the back ad well. Loose fit - 23” across from where it is sewn up, and 36” all the way across. Shoulder to hem (but not fringe) 27”.
