Lanston Declan stretch slit skirt runs large

Tag says small but this Lanston skirt from Revolve clothing ran large on me . Please see measurements . A ribbed long pencil skirt with slit . Color is a very dark brown , almost black color . It’s called cocoa . Here are measurements Waist measured flat across 14 1/4 (14.25) inches with extra stretch Hips are 15 1/2 (15.5) inches across flat Total entire length of skirt is about 31 1/4 (31.25) inches long Slit measures 17 inches long and starts at the hem and goes up 17 inches Overall this skirt is very stretchy and in my opinion is more of a medium / small large because of the stretch factor Super cute the way the model is wearing it, with boots
