Lanston boutique dress XS adjustable straps purple/pink double layer NWT prom

This item is new with tags still on the dress. This is a boutique quality dress from Los Angeles. Please see pictures for condition as there are 2 spots I can see on the dress. One looks like a pen mark on the side of the dress. The other is just a spot. Both may come out if washed. This would be a great dress for prom or a wedding. P13 measurements P2P 16" length 24.5 with straps at half way tightened.
