Extremely dark blue leather wedge boots by Lanvin. Size 41 (france) (I am typically 39/40 or a 9 and these are slightly big on me) I imagine they would fit a 10 perfectly. Only worn a handful of times, soft leather in great condition. No Box but comes with original dust bags for each boot.

cathanasiades @lizthebiz Hello Liz, at the ankle, measuring on the outside of the boot the circumference is about 12 1/4" and at the widest point of the calf about 14 3/4". I hope this helps!
