Lapis Dress or Tunic Anthroplogie

This is a beautiful dress by Lapis that can also be worn as a tunic. It has a funky navy and white pattern on a silky satin fabric. The neck is flat and it fabric flows out at the arm pits and above the chest. There are two pockets in the front with adorable bows. I used to wear this with leggings or skinny jeans because it's a bit short for me to wear as a dress. Flows nicely and is really cute! Excellent used condition.
