Lapis print swing skirt XL

Great elasticized 5” wide dropped waist skirt by Lapis in poly/spandex. Gored so this skirt is swingy and very flattering! Two subtle belt loops on front of garment and two on back in same fabric if you want to wear a wide belt but don’t stand out so a belt not necessary. A dark rust background print so it’s seasonless too! Size XL. Top of waist approximately 17” laying flat and not stretched. About 28” L. A very versatile, good looking wardrobe piece!
