Elastic top with flair skirt. Poly/nylon/rayon blend with organza feel, very pretty green with blue contrast paisley pattern. Top can be rolled down and worn as skirt, you could also wear with a tank or shirt over top, looks great with a fitted cardigan or jean jacket too. Says one size but it would best fit a M or L.
