Large Anchor unisex Red & Gold-tone brooch pendant w/ optional cord signed MR WE

This vintage pin is from the 70s. It’s an oversized anchor with a gold toned metal frame and red resin enamel in the center. Gently worn and there is a crazing across part of the red part but it’s hard to see. Cord is optional if it's worn as a coker.
