Large Black V-Neck tunic with cutout detail

V-neck with slight mock collar, Bodice is pleated in the front and back, longer in the back. Honeycomb cutouts along entire length of bodice and encircling arms. Body 100% thin Rayon and cutout lace made of 100% cotton. Wear a tank under (it’s low cut) and rather sheer. Measurements: Arm length from shoulder: 23” Front length: 30” Cleavage to length: 20” Back length 32” I wore yellow leggings so you could see the cutouts.
