Does this run small? I have some other Columbia and have had to size up.

I believe it's spot on, and that the sizing is US sizing. Not to be vulgar, but if it helps, I am 5'2". and very hour glassy. I wear a size 16 / 18 pants, and am 36B in the top and while I could get it closed without a problem, I believe if I had sneezed it would have burst at the seams around the hips and bustline. I simply misjudged the sizes we needed because I have not really shopped in a while. Would you like to buy it?
