Express brand. Low square neck with Black Lace inset. Ruffle collar with two string ties. Looks good loose or tied. Lace back, ruffle on sleeves. Black and White floral pattern with pink, light orange, and light blue details. Stretchy. Loose fitting. Looks nice tucked or untucked. Sexier when tucked. Very minor pilling at lower back.
