Large Fabricmache Angel

A very beautiful angel figure made from what I believe to be fabricmache; head, hands and wings are another material that I'm not familiar with. The angel herself is 12" tall but her wings extend beyond her head making the total height 14.5". She is about 10" at the widest point. She is wearing a gold robe over a white dress enhanced with a red celestial sash and has an evergreen wreath on her blonde head. She holds a green hymn book. I bought this for my mother as a guardian angel when my husband and I moved from California to Pennsylvania. Every time I see her I am reminded of that sad time, leaving home. I hope she can find a new home with new....happy....memories. She has two labels on the inside stating "made in the People's Republic of China" and dated 1988 but they were almost impossible to photograph because of their location. She is slightly top heavy because of her immense wings.
