Large Flowy “Gaucho” pants, new and unworn, black with white stripes.

I either got them from Express or Forever 21 but I just never wore them, still has tags. They’re too big/long for me so hopefully that reference pic helps give you an idea of how I think they are meant to look. They are size Large, I measured around 30in for the waistline and there’s also elastic along the back. Lengthwise I measured the full length (top to btm) at apx. 35in; they are high waisted and baggy and measured the inseam as 22in.
