kittygirl2023 Hello - I'm sorry for not responding sooner. So, the way I measure the "bust" or pit to pit is to lay the shirt flat and make sure the seems on each side are flat and lift up the sleeves and measure from the left armpit to the right armpit. With a Loft large, it should measure between anywhere from 20" to 23". I range between a Loft large and extra large so I wanted to be sure that the bust will fit me. If it is below "20, then it will be too tight. Thanks so much!
