One incredibly strong woven tie at the top, great for the beach or shopping as it is deep and could carry a wine bottle or water bottle along with your baguette and flowers, or beach towel. Purchased and never used, this is flawless, first quality. It will be flattened to put in a bag so when you receive it, you’ll want to let it hang or put it to the shape.
