Large cropped pastel neon tie dye hoodie

Rue 21 cropped tie dye hoodie. Lightly worn, lightweight but surprisingly not that poor of quality as you’d expect from Rue21! No size on tag but would fit a very oversized small through XL! I usually wear L/XL
