Large form fitting long pull on skirt with wide waist band

Large form fitting long pull on skirt with wide 4” waist band that is folded over and without it being stretched out it is 32” . Slits on side of skirt that are 20” long and the total length is 39” long. Very cute skirt that has an array of colors to match a solid tank with. This is a used item with some signs of wear. No stains, holes or flaws.
