LaserCut Scalloped Stretch Belt w/ Oval Buckle

GUC, still has lots of life!! Slight buckling on elastic edge & (faux leather?) laser cut scalloped edges are a bit chewed up from the buckle (see pic3). 32.5" long stretches to over 55", 28" on smallest hole. 2.75" wide. Buckle is 3.25" x 3.75" oval.
