rbkutz08 Hello the swim suit I ordered has a defect when I received it. The loop hook in one of the side where you insert the strap is broken, unable to secure and tie the strap. Otherwise the sunglass was in excellent condition. What do I do? I just contacted and email poshmark about it and waiting for their reply

yoneida2000 @rbkutz08 I'm so sorry that the hook is broken, that why I check my products carefully before shipping to avoid that things happen. I doubt if they got damaged during shipping. I would like to send u a replacement but that was my last piece. We'll wait for Posh response.
