I usually wear a medium unless brand is direct from China...then I'm usually large or even extra large. Don't hurry on the measurements. We Posh gals need our beauty sleep! I just want to double check and I’ll measure myself and a few shirts tomorrow :) I’m usually a S/M and I wear a 36C, occasionally I need a large if the brand/style runs small or an XS if it runs large.
