aliciamae6 @lizx17 My running shoes are 6 1/2 and I wear a 6 in other shoes. I would say they are pretty comfortable! In my opinion if I wear any high heel for a long period of time they start to hurt my feet but I wouldn’t say anything from the shoe is uncomfortable :) hope that helps!

aliciamae6 @msmh28 I would say if you are on the lower end of a 7 like you sometimes fit in a 6.5 then I would go down to a 6... if you are a 7 who sometimes fits in a 7.5 then I would go down to a 6.5. If that makes sense :)
