@heddo7 I just added a new picture of the inside. The tiers were pinched and then sewn to shorten. It still has the original hem on the bottom and is invisible from the outside.

Ok thanks! I was trying to see it from the overall pic. So the original hem is essentially folded up 6 inches from the bottom of the dress?

@heddo7 no the original hem is still factory. The dress was turn inside out and each tier was folded along the seam and then stitched. This allowed the length to be shortened without cutting or making one tier shorter than the others.
