Late 60s early 70s Vicky Boutique Beachwear embroidered shorts - XXL White ribbed textured polyester short with black contrasting stitching and ADORABLE embroidered flowers and Butterflies. Adjustable waist via 2 buttons on the back up to 4 inches. 2 Front pockets, 1 back pocket. I think these were men's shorts/pants repurposed to make them volup women's shorts with hip pleats, and decorative details. Adorable nonetheless. Condition: Very good vintage condition.
