Latin American woven crop top handmade

I've had this top since high school over 20 years ago now! Vintage in many respects from a local shop way back when. Finally surfaced it while cleaning boxes. Sleeve holes are slightly uneven but you don't notice when wearing. Hangs well still. All hand sewn so you could adjust. Fringe on bottom. Measurements laying flat: Length 20.5in Neckline 7in Width 26in Great condition. All woven including the neckline.
