Latisse white fringe and stone/stud dress new

This dress barely fits me and it’s sheer nude netting and white fringe with embellishments. It’s gorgeous and it’s a size medium. I was never able to wear it as it was too small and the last of its kind in the boutique it was purchased In. It’s delicate and the small white stones do shed a bit but it’s never been worn and still has tags
