@iamemilycake it measures about 14" at the waist and 16" at the bust...and that is from the exterior of the coat, but it also has a couple inches of give because it's meant to be form fitting/figure flattering. I'd say is true to size but I'd rather you have measurements so you can be sure ;). Let me know if you'd like me to measure anything else.
