Laundry blue dress with fancy collar

very pretty and comfortable blue dress made out of a stretch knit. the material is thick and heavy. I think it would be a nice cocktail or wedding guest dress. it actually does have real pockets. but you have to cut out the seam; I haven't done that yet. 70% rayon 27% nylon 3% spandex
