Laundry by Design Black and White Wrap-up Dress

This is a black and white wrap-up dress by Laundry by Design. It is a size extra-small and the sleeves are 3 quarter length. The dress hits the knees to low thigh. It can be dressed up or down and has a classic appeal to it. Never been worn and is in perfect condtition. The tie on the side is what wraps up the dress so it can be made looser or tighter.
