This is the most comfy and flattering dress for a night out and it's in great condition! One shoulder has an open sleeve and the other shoulder has a "chain" strap. The chains vary in size and links and make for a really unique detail! It cinches in at the waist and fits like a bandage skirt on bottom, making it a very flattering fit. (95% Polyester, 5%Spandex)
