Beautiful cotton/silk blend, blue and white dress from Shelli Segal. Really nicely made (the print matches perfectly on the front, is fully lined, and it has a great piping detail at the waist) the back is smocked and also has a side zip. Halter ties around the neck that can also be tied in a bow in the front and worn strapless. Gently worn. Always gentle washed, cold, and laid flat to dry.
