Laundry by Shelli Segal dress

Perfect work dress. Easy dress for any season, with or without jackets. I wish this fit me now that I'm expanding my professional wardrobe but it's too tight in my hips. Not much stretch to it. It's a size 4 but fits more like a 0/2. Worn once by my mom and has been dry cleaned since.
