Laundry by Shelli Segal gown

Gown is navy blue. It has a v neck and is ruched from the shoulders crisscrossing under the bust to the back. Back zipper with keyhole detail. It’s hard to see the ruching properly on the hanger, but it is very flattering on. Lightweight chiffon polyester. I bought it for a summer event that I never attended. It does run a bit big. I am typically a size 4 and this size 2 fit me perfectly. This gown has never been altered or worn, but there are no tags on it.
