Laundry by Shelli Segal vintage 90's black dress

Laundry by Shelli Segal vintage 90's beautiful black floral lace dress with long sleeves. Has tag dated 1995. Mock neck with scallop detail and hook and eye closures on side of neck. Scalloped hem. Slip is stretchy and has adjustable straps. Slip is attached, but the loops holding the straps in place could be cut to separate the 2 pieces if needed. The lace is in good condition, only missing one hook at the neckline.
