@oliviadrubry apologies for not returning your message , was moving. Not stretchy lining silk. overlay fabric scarf like ( polyester) length 40 inches. umpire waist ties at the neck can b worn lower or higher on the neck and that will change fit of the dress. I'm 5'3 size 2/4 with a B cup .

@oliviadrubry I would wear it higher. dress is lying flat measurements for the waist are about 13 across n hips would be about 15. again it's hard to tell because everybody would wear the stress differently and also depending on your chest size I hope this helps
