Absolutely adorable blouse from Laura Ashley. Classic styling and really nice white polka dots on navy material. This material is soooo soft and drapes beautifully. The neckline is darling with a shirring detail at the center and back, and also there's shirring at the shoulders. 3/4 sleeves. Size is PL, but please check measurements because I feel like it is flexible for a wider range of sizes. Just all around beautiful and versatile shirt.
