Pit to pit = 19 1/2 to 20 inches
waist = 18" wide
bottom hem 21" wide
It would fit size 8 or size 10. Probably closer to a size 10. It was made to be worn either zipped up or open. When worn open, the zippers look decorative. Thank you for your interest.
