Never Worn, navy blue Laura Conrad skirt. Very full at the bottom with 3 layers of ruffles. The outter layer is textured and sheer, the bottom layer is a stretchy solid fabric that helps the skirt lay in a very flattering way. Stretchy comfortable waist that doesn’t slid or roll down. Very feminine, adorable skirt for an XXL lady. Hits just above the knee.
