2dreamit Lauren, I ordered two of these from you. Received them after a delay in shipping (your note said you were in the process of moving which was the reason for the delay.) I accepted delivery of both of them the same day, even though they were ordered some time apart. Unfortunately, both were cracked inside their tubes - the tubes were empty with the sticks located INSIDE the caps of each item. Unusable. Things happen that we can't control sometimes, I know. Most unfortunate though.

laurennnm @2dreamit Hi… the packaging was never opened when purchased so I was not aware if that. I’m really sorry. I’m not sure how this works through Poshmark because I’ve never done it but happy to give you your money back.

2dreamit @laurennnm That is kind of you & would be much appreciated; I'm not sure how Poshmark handles this either. I still have them in their boxes. I figured you might not have known because they look unopened. I just ordered the same product from the Laura Mercier website because I still really needed one (!) I wrote to Poshmark & will let you know what they say if/when I hear back. We can sit tight in the meantime. Thank you for your reply; I'm sorry about all this too.
