The dress's measurements are weird, the dress didn't fit me at all even I always wear size 4p. Will donate this dress to Goodwill. That's probably why the seller had to sell it. I just measured it. It is not 18 inches like you put. It is only 17 inches. You are a liar. Karma will come to you.
