ginchigirl @lrdingle I added a few more photos that were up close on the right and left side. There is a seam on the left side (if you were wearing the dress) is that what you saw? Also there is not a slit. It is more like a wrap around look but the dress has full coverage on the front. I tried to add an image of that too but it is hard to tell what you are looking at.
