Adorable summer dress by Lauren & Claire, a boutique brand. I purchased this at a cute boutique at a festival one year as I was so hot and needed to shed layers. Size on label is Small, but it’s a small small (probably more like an XS). I’m 5’4” and weighed 115 lbs in that photo.
