Dreamy layered tulle skirt from Lauren Conrad’s collaboration with Disney! Soft, feminine, comfortable elastic waste. Cute for a Halloween party or a New Year’s Eve, or paired with sneakers and a tee shirt when running to Target. Size reads XS, but the elastic band allows for more room. It’s a little too tight on me, but I usually wear a medium/large.
