Lauren Conrad Double Layer Top

LC Lauren Conrad double layered blouse with bell sleeves. This blouse has beautiful lace back detail. The centers of the flowers have shimmer detail. This blouse is a pretty blush color. Bought new and never worn. There looks like a very slight flaw on the neck line that I noticed only when closely examining the top, please see 5th pic.
