Lauren Conrad Double layer chiffon and knit top with 3/4 length lace sleeves

Lightweight, casual, and versatile 2 layer blouse tunic. Color is more blue than green. First 2 photos taken in the sun look more green than it is. 3/4 length lace sleeves with reinforced cuff. Soft, flowy knit fabric, almost like textured microfiber material. Sheer chiffon hangdown is a full layer underneath knit layer (see photos). Round neckline. Excellent used condition.
