Darling mini circle style skirt by Lauren Conrad. Grosgrain burgundy belt which is removable, adorable floral pattern, pull-on style with a paper bag type elastic waist. There is some minor wear on the grosgrain belt but when it's all done up it isn't super noticable. Waist measurement taken flat is 16.5in but there is plenty of stretch Length is 19in from waist to hem
